I don't care if the person is disabled and screams up a storm. I have an older brother who is exactly that and the screaming never happens for no reason. There's always some aspect of fear or a need for attention/assistance that causes the screaming, and he does it because he is &lt;i&gt;mentally incapable of communicating it in any other way&lt;/i&gt;. &amp;quot;Fixing&amp;quot; the issue by removing his ability to scream wouldn't solve anything, and considering he used to just get extremely violent around people when he needed something I think I'd gladly prefer the screaming.</html>
