 <html>So, since I've taken in approximately 310 calories today so far, I can plan to have three more meals...One beef patty with roughly 330 calories, maybe a handful of walnuts or pistachios with around 170 calories, and maybe another slice of cheese with 200 calories if I get hungry. Assuming I don't, I'll have burned away more than 1,000 calories today by doing absolutely nothing. Then I can repeat the same regiment for tomorrow and Saturday and, by the end of Sunday, I'll actually be able to see and feel a physical difference in my size. Isn't that fascinating?</html>
