Like, I've been playing Mass Effect 3 recently. Whatever, game is okay. The story kind of sucks. But it's whatever. Then yesterday I was listening to NPR and they were talking about wealth disparity in the US and how it's not only grown, but the likeliness that someone born into a low income family would be able to rise to the top of the tax bracket has shrunk significantly. That's all very interesting, but while I was listening to it the only thing I could think was "Who cares about that when the damn Reapers are on our doorstep?!?"
