I don't know. I don't know if they've really had excellent villains. I mean, Daleks and Cybermen were cool. But they keep regurgitating the Daleks. It's all like &quot;This is the last one EVAR&quot; and then suddenly they find a loophole. And I feel like the Cybers could have been so much cooler but I guess they have to be dumbed down because kids watch it.
