They have tabs at the top right to go to your profile as well as acces your replies, personal page (which is your post and people you follow's posts) your favorited notices and your profile settings that let you edit your profile picture and info. Also you seem to have figured out how to reply to notices but the key is for spoilers, trash is trash, and recycle icon is for retweeting it. Also attachments are self explanatory but they are opposite the send button when posting. Clicking any of the <span class="spbar" style="color:#000;background-color:#000;">Spoiler</span> <b>B</b> <u>U</u> <i>i</i> <span class="striket">S</span> <span class="smallt">t</span> at the top utilizes those respective features.
