It is based upon what I see, and what concerns are raised on which I deem something worthwile buying or not. And yes, no doubt it will be one of those games which I need to have a hands on approach on before I pass my final judgement. Then again there is a HUGE caviat here, and that is that I do not own a WiiU, but do own a 3DS XL.
