The ceiling fans I was talking about that &lt;i&gt;/could/&lt;/i&gt; possibly do that were ones like the one in our house, that are more industrial. They're just 3 long metal blades that aren't really smoothed. Otherwise the ones that usually are used would just break someone's neck</html>
