Especially the other day, for example, when my patience was worn to nil, and I was going around doing my work with an eerily calm smile, singing Alice Cooper's &quot;Welcome To My Nightmare&quot; in a soft, sweet voice. People have been much less demanding and more appreciative since then, I've noticed. It's amazing what a well-timed smile can do. :)
