You see Ghandi is programmed to be peacefull ( well, no sh! ) but due to a bug in the first game, once he got his hands on nuclear bombs and missiles he became a HUGE WARMONGER. So they made it part of the sequels. ( 2, 3, 4 and 5... And also that weird one on the DS I believe )
