I beat the game legit, and once I beat it and caught the legendary pokemon I cheated to get the pokedex full and I saw meloetta, my first impression was &quot;the small cute psychic legendary&quot; comparing it to Jirachi, mew, celebi, etc. And that was it, I went I think it was a year or 2 years later, I decided I wanted to check back at the anime, it was a Black and White 2 anime episode series where Giovanni and Ash were about to fight as the promo picture so I was like &quot;I gotta see this&quot; I knew it was a multiple part video but after seeing Meloetta with Ash I was like &quot;wait is this a thing&quot; so I had to go back further when Meloetta joined Ash and co, they went to an island where a bunch of Onyx were they were being attacked, Melo used relic song, with an amazing singing voice, changing forme, then kicking Onyx ass while being cute. And that's how I liked Melo.
