The dragon was almost all the time in the DM's closet so we couldn't see it in our D&amp;D sessions. It should be a surprise. To the DM's surprise for hiding the dragon in the closet: He bought a second dragon (for cheap) without remembering having the first one. To his advantage he bought both for a relatively low price so he can make a profit selling the other.
