I'd say it's worth your time if you're a patient viewer who likes really heavily atmospheric films with a strong sense of place (and is okay with some pretty visceral violence). Other than that, I'd say my recommendation is more of a maybe. It's a film with a very distinct set of priorities and that has already turned lots of people off from it, so it may not likely be your thing.
