I was trying to downgrade the file to an older version of Flash and the one time I forgot to change the file name to reflect the version, the program decides to crash and it crumpled my ~150mb file into a 16kb piece of garbage that can't even be opened properly. But I had a backup from about a week ago so as bad as it is, it could have been worse.
