How do you get there? I mean, I know that step one is "Die", but after that. Does your vision just fade to black and then you wake up in Valhalla or whatever? Or is there a montage type sequence that makes it clear that you're dead? What I'm wondering really is: Are the various afterlives full of people who have no idea where they are or why?
