Basically what is plagueing Pokemon Go is a whole lot of spoofers and cheaters, so trying to combat that they employed a software 'guard'. This software called SafetyNet is a crude piece of software that checks for root-access, but I doubt that part is what is causing the game not to work for you. What I think is the main killer for your phone is that it only has 1 gig of memory, and I think trying to get SafetyNet and Pokemon Go and all the other stuff in the background is just a bit too much for your phone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really doubt that dropping your phone multiple times will cause things like games to suddenly stop working.</html>
