Son of a murdock. Well, we made it into !calgary, house-sitting for mom's friend. At some point in transit, my god damn heatsink came loose and fell out. || AC Freezer Pro 7. Very good heatsink. Slightly larger than your average baseball, pretty heavy. Comes with four useless little pieces of plastic to hold it in place. || This is not the first time the thing has fallen out. It is, however, the first time that half the connectors broke when I tried to put it back in. So I have no heatsink, which is wonderful. || If it comes to it, and I can find some appropriately-sized screws, I can just bolt the damn thing in place. For now, though, we've got a tech guy coming in to look at it tomorrow to see if there's a better way. || In the meantime, I'm borrowing mom's laptop, which refuses to play nice with the wireless router here. So we had to go buy a 50' cat-6 cable, which keeps falling out, which resulted in firefox deleting this message the first time I typed it out. Good times.
