If someone has anything that would be cheaper that has enough space for everypony and a kitchen for @<span class="vcard"><a href="http://rainbowdash.net/user/3367" class="url" title="Fashion Flootershai"><span class="fn nickname">flootershai</span></a></span>, we're open to it, as we would rather not have to get the group to spend $200 collectively for space if we don't have to.
