Don't be afraid to speak up for yourself. But of course, have a strategy for what to say (and when). Maybe you could mention in today's society, the gender roles are fading. Or you could mention the sexism where girls being boyish is a good thing and boys being girly is a bad thing? Just show that you're a nice guy
