In the case of the PS3 I have a friend with a CFW and I can buy it from them when they don't want it anymore. I already have a hardware-modded PS2, a softmodded Wii, and a softmodded XBox (original), and a flash-cart equipped NES, Gameboy, and Nintendo DS.
