( Also in 1992 he did not recieve any electoral college votes, but it was still considdered to have divided the voting public to a degree where Bush lost that year )<br /><br />Tulsi Gabbard was the vice chair of the DNC and did Democratic 'things' before that. So instead of snooping off of the Republican votes ( like the 1992 Perot example ), she will snoop off the Democrat votes.<br /><br />Remember when Trump had to sign an accord with the GOP that he would not run as independant ?
