Its animation is as minimal as it gets. It's more motion comic than usual animation. I guess they are fixed on recreating the manga panels. There are a ton of static images with pans and simple mouth animations. Sometimes there is a ton of shaking implying intense action but it looks odd when everything shakes but nothing moves. It's fine I guess but I had different expectations. Also an episode is divided into several smaller episodes that also recreate each manga chapter as closely as it can get. The pacing feels a tad off as the story starts and stops every 3 minutes.
