I've done a quarter of that track and it is not very good. The track is almost exclusively made of hard dirt and quite narrow. It is not a very comfortable ride. The idea was nice from the city to create such track but it is hardly used by me as it leads no almost no place I want to go, or there is a more efficient route, at least for me. At this point I'll wait until it get asphalt.
