The episode’s other deaths were Rich Texan, Disco Stu, and Fat Tony & his goons, and in an early version of the script, Agnes Skinner, all of whom i 100% believe they would kill off for shock value. But by having Mr. Burns be one of the ones to get bumped off the episode suddenly loses some of the drama.
