I'm a layman when it comes to designing such things but it made me think. I can unhinge the the top side of the door for the parcel access when I reach my arm into the half-open package door. I can 3d print a fix to block access to that. I wish I had the tools and time to make my own, however it'd be probably 10 times more expensive with a high chance of failure.
