I recorded my TV remote button presses and now it works as expected with the ESPUI library for the browser front-end. I want to add a REST API interface so I can write another program to use the REST API. I want to write a multi-platform .net program that can be deployed on Linux, Windows, Android, IOS, and WebAssembly (web browser). I don't like the ESPUI library that much. It works for sure but I have problems with the design. In the future I can add more devices to control. Also I think about having a presence detector that automatically pauses youtube videos when I leave the room.
