There's an agency formed by the two Sisters as a contingency plan against them formed of &quot;Specials&quot; individuals who have gained powers beyond that of normal folk. In other words, it's a super hero story seemingly more in the vein of Marvel-like stories (Ex: registered and non) with OC ponies and some recurring Canon ones, but is pretty well written aside from typos here and there. It's also complete.
