He used to get them, but he turned them off for a while, and now upon turning them back on, he doesn't get them anymore. @<span class="vcard"><a href="http://rainbowdash.net/user/2047" class="url" title="Leon K. Fox"><span class="fn nickname">Leonkfox</span></a></span> doesn't get them either. I on the other hand, always get mine, as do others. (They're the only way to tell you've got a new DM, for starters)
