Maybe, but I think there needs to be one more warning so they can't say they weren't given a fair chance. One forum I used to frequent used the idea of probations, where if people think you're a mangoesnozzle, then the mods check over what you say for a couple of days and see if you're worth keeping around. It might be quite a bit of work, but that might be an idea.
