I pushed my body when it couldn't do it, and my mind didn't keep up and cope. It was the TA, (which is a Territorial Army, part time army as it were. But I did a lot of full time work as well) and as they didn't give you 6 months of basic like the regular army does. I wasn't ready and basically pushed to hard and blew up.
