Depending upon the team/squad you're on, there's an 18-24 month rotation, in order to try to prevent burn-out. Unfortunately, when you're in a position where you tend to have to deal with some of the worst of humanity on a day-to-day basis, even the best start to get affected by it.  Perhaps something similar needs to be implemented here as well (though, obviously, on a shorter rotation schedule, since 18-24 months is an eternity online).</html>
