You start primary at 4 in Reception, then Year 1 until you get to secondary school in Year 7 (at 11 years old). Year 11 is the final compulsory school year (15-16 years old), though sixth form, which is the other form of further education next to college, is Year 12 and 13, basically. Hope that makes it a bit clearer ^.^
