Lately I've been recording my dreams when I wake up, and that's been helping me notice when something's off. At first, that would just wake me up, but now I've started sleeping through it (though I seem to forget I'm dreaming when I do). Your method sounds interesting, but I've never had luck with falling asleep quickly unless I've had about a 24 hour+ day.</html>
