Here's a representative example: My doctor pulled me out of work for two weeks following a stress induced mental breakdown and partial suicide attempt: The very first day I was off work, I woke up to 10 missed calls and a bunch of kiwiy emails on my blackberry about me not fixing their problems. The entire time I was off work as a result there was a general tone of &quot;How dare you&quot; in all communications with me. Despite being fully aware of the circumstances of my (ongoing) mental illness, nobody in management has made any effort to remedy the situation that caused it.
