That way, if you don't have RDN Refresh, you can still encrypt and decrypt manually very easily. (<a href="http://web.forret.com/tools/rot13.asp" title="http://web.forret.com/tools/rot13.asp" rel="nofollow external">http://web.forret.com/tools/rot13.asp</a> for example.) So, people who want to read it, can, and those who don't, well, they just get a message of goobledy-gook. And having the functionality added to RDN Refresh to do it automatically would be neat, too. :)
