You can use <a href="http://www.rot13.de/" title="http://www.rot13.de/" rel="nofollow external">www.rot13.de</a> (among others) to decode it. Or a Little Orphan Annie Secret Decoder Ring. Or just add/subtract 13 from the numerical value of each letter.
