I know this because I have tried this before. I have never been able to achieve this Lucid dreaming thing because I instantly wake up upon realizing its a dream, not only that I have found that my brain adjusts to my &quot;checks.&quot; like the mirror. I honestly don't think I've ever flipped a light switch in my dream though lol
