We need a way to block a user from just making another account after we silence them. Can it be done? Also @<span class="vcard"><a href="http://rainbowdash.net/user/1948" class="url" title="Cerulean Spark"><span class="fn nickname">ceruleanspark</span></a></span> knows of some loopholes ponies are using to get around silences and such, not sure on the specifics. And unsure on the fixability of it, I understand statusnet is highly bugged and a pain to work with.
