@renovatedkitchen I know how you feel. I've been in and out of depression for the past few years. Thankfully I currently have a significant other I can confide in, but before that I grew to become very self-efficient.

@renovatedkitchen There's something about my house that makes me not want to do anything. Like, I'm extremely uncomfortable even being in my house. I feel like I don't belong or like I'm a stranger so I shouldn't touch or change or even do anything. I don't know why but it prevents me from doing actual work at my house. I hate it.
