@metaltao @metaltao I'm not in charge of who makes the rules, but look at it like this: I'm chilling outside smoking a cigarette and some schmuck comes up to and says "those will kill you!". He's correct, and him telling me is justified, but he honestly doesn't need to and it's not his job anyway, I'm already aware but have made the choice regardless.

@metaltao He wouldn't be, if anything they'd ask him to remove it or remove it themselves if they weren't happy with it and that would be the end of it. You're right about the tag rule, but you're right in the sense that someone's right when they correct someone who says "doing good" to "doing well".

@metaltao If I'm allowed to build an army for an specific objective, I can carry flawless offensives, my issue is mostly with "Take these few random soldiers and hit that fortified position a la WWI trench rush without the proper support to do so"

@metaltao I'm an amazing tactician-strategist when there is no small time limit, sine I work things out in a way that I have close to no losses, if any. Timed missions are my bane though.

@metaltao So many times I've used artillery formations in that game. I often just holed up with a few artillery batteries and one or two infantry formations to protect them, and lured enemies with light cavalry into the way of cannon fire to finish battles without losses.

@metaltao AoE2 is one of the games I've played the most trhough my live. I've also played 1 a bit and most of 3 except a part of the Asian Dynasties campaign. Still haven't finished the AoE2HD extra campaigns.

@metaltao Quite a few times I've played Homeworld, Gothic 1, Diablo 2 and Age of Empires 2 on mine.

@metaltao Personally I'd just issue contracts along with the computers (which the ones here have, though I don't remember the details) and have any damage be covered by whoever broke it, and decomission the individual's computer if they prove too irresponsible.

@metaltao They're pretty durable. I have one of the first generation from when I graduated, and my brother has one of the current batch. Then again, the barbaric apes that pose as students often find ways to break even the hardiest things, but so far they've been holding up. Plus if they break them they can't play Counter Strike in the free periods.
