  1. @mushi Yeah, the leak is now official since Death Grips put up the whole album on their YouTube.

  8. @mushi In one of my dreams, my family was in a diner. EqG Twilight was at another table, but we didn't talk to her.

  9. @mushi And dreams, they are wonderful.

  10. @mushi I had the Stygian Gula and that weapon is one of my favourites in the whole game. Definitely my favourite longsword.

  11. @mushi Yeah, I've only done Jhen hunts on multiplayer too, it's a strong boss. My character at the time had an awesome dragon element longsword though I was totally set.

  12. @mushi Yeah, it just sucks because it you wanted to do any of the really fun multiplayer hunts like the Jhen Mohran you needed a decent character in the single player

  13. @mushi I've also heard they've trimmed the fat of the game as far as things like quests and character building go too, which is good because while 3 and 3u are enjoyable further in the first 40+ hours are really god damn boring.

  14. @mushi I played a bit of my brother's copy of 3U on the 3DS and it was pretty good. I played Tri on the Wii and didn't like it, though 3U was an improvement. I did know about how 4U is an improvement of MH4, I just meant how the fourth installment is holistically an improvement to the third installment.

  15. @mushi My brother is the biggest Monster Hunter nerd I know and is totally obsessed with the new one, so he's been bugging me to get it. I've it's an improvement to Tri too, which I was sort of ambivalent on.

  16. @mushi I haven't played my 3DS in a while, I've been considering picking up the new Monster Hunter but I'm also totally broke right now. Gaming's a commitment I haven't been willing to make lately.

  17. @mushi Looks good, any games in particular you're planning on playing on it?

  18. @mushi Is that the new one you bought?

  19. @mushi I know once I enter audio engineering school in September it'll pretty much be me taking the bus there every day with my laptop and going home with it every night. Though there will be books for the course too there isn't going to be a lot of strictly written work, but I'll be incredibly busy regardless.

  20. @mushi Since class starts at 9:30 I usually leave to bike to school at around 9 so I get to school with a few minutes to spare if I need to get anything from my locker (and also just as a margin of error).

  21. @mushi I still have class every weekday but my first period is a spare so my first class doesn't start until around 9:30 am, and since the weather outside is starting to improve I can start biking to school again instead of taking public transit.

  22. @mushi Yeah, last summer I'd pretty much just stay up all night every night then go to bed around 8 or 9 am. It took a few days to really reset my circadian rhythm when school started back up.

  23. @mushi Despite currently being on break I've been pretty consistent with my sleep schedule lately.

  24. @mushi Do you think you're gonna go to sleep in the next few hours?

  25. @mushi But I am surprised you're not the least bit tired.

  26. @mushi Oh, so around 41 hours awake then? That is actually a considerable amount, though it's not impossible. I've personally stayed awake for longer in the past.

Thursday, 19-Mar-15 06:02:42 UTC from web in context
  27. @mushi So around 17 hours awake? That's not so bad.

  30. @mushi Plus, even putting everything I’ve just said aside, it’s worth noting that the series is almost ENTIRELY composed of dialogue and rapport. The characters are broken and flawed and their respective stories told throughout the disjointed narrative act as vignettes of the human spirit. The show spends more time in discussion than anything else, and getting into it most of what you’re going to be seeing is abstract scenery and witty exchanges (as well as a fair bit of Japanese wordplay). With all that being said it’s still not a series for everyone, but I feel it’s better to gain a better understanding of it than to simply throw words like “ecchi” at it that trivialize it and devalue its integrity.
