@mushi I don't know much about the chemical composition of vegetable oils but I've used them for cooking a lot in the past

@mushi Yeah, I've only done really basic labs before. The coolest thing I've done before in chemistry was synthesize chalk for a lab last year.

@mushi I have a casual interest in both physics and chemistry but I couldn't ever see myself studying either of them at the university level or going into them as a professions.
