  2. @leonkfox (I fell asleep, finally) I wasn't trying to say that it was a GOOD plan, I was just saying that I really think that G1 went for more of a pokemon-esque gotta catch them all v. a personal approach like Faust has done. However I would have to say that G1 does have a bit more personality to the toys than G4 does standard, because while they did recolors there were also a lot of gimmick lines (so softs, twinkle eyes, etc) and ponies were in different poses. We have rearing, sitting, etc- something hasbro has failed thusfar to deliver in the G4 line. Of course, G1 started the first year with six ponies and one pose- lets hope it comes in due time

  3. @leonkfox Yes that's true, she added a note "I heard you like ponies and I found this so I thought of you!" hahahha

  6. @leonkfox @absol They screwed tha game up this way, if you get the nano suit invisibility upgrade. Then you can pretty much run circles around the entire game without being seen. It makes it so damn easy, it kinda took the run out of it. If I didn't enjoy the backstabbing and running thing. Was always fun, what the hell? How did he die! :D

  7. @leonkfox Try it on the top level, now that's fun. I found it easier on that level then on any other.

  8. @leonkfox You should definitely give it a look. It was made on a shoestring budget, and Roger Ebert said it was "remarkably well done". That should tell you everything you need to know.

  9. @leonkfox I'm talking about the web series which is infinitely scarier than any kind of bug (of course, I love insects, so make of that what you will).

  13. @leonkfox Haha Yeah all insects scare me. So I dont get my hands dirty to much, Im at my most daring when I lie down on the grass, mostly I curl up with a blanket on a chair and watch the flora and fauna

  17. @leonkfox Hmm. I never looked into a desktop client, really. Just stuck to the site. Anyway, bummer that it won't work for you.

  18. @leonkfox What is it not doing? You don't need to put the full API path into it, just rainbowdash.net. I think Spaz has a PC client that can do StatusNet updates. I haven't used it, but it's pretty good on my phone.

  20. @leonkfox I don't think I know anybody who plans holiday meals that far out, let alone meals in general. :p

  21. @leonkfox Your mom plans meals that far in advance? That's kinda cool.

  22. @leonkfox It was nice in the midlands about 5 minutes ago, but it's just gone all cloudy and horrible here too.

  27. @leonkfox Apps running in the background is a big one too. I found that leaving Seesmic to check for new Tweets every 15 minutes drained about 30% over the course of a day. Twitter and Facebook both background themselves by default. Gmail set to push isn't that bad, but obviously is worse than just checking manually. I found that having a lot of widgets hammered my battery too, but I don't know if that was just the widgets I had chosen or widgets in general. HTC Sense Widgets might not do it because of their deeper OS integration. Live Wallpapers hit the battery too, but that seems to vary from wallpaper to wallpaper.
