I just woke up...it's 2pm, a good 2 hours or so after my alarm was set, so much for that alarm eh? x.x I need to change the tone, or get a dedicated alarm device.

I think tomorrow I'd better check if I have enough money to go to !midlandsbronies and put pay my part of the funds for mum's birthday present (it's an Amazon Kindle, and her birthday is in 3 days)

@redenchilada Well that's your opinion, so I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree or else we'll be forever, heh. I personally got quite a lot of chuckles out of it, but yeah, to each their own.

@redenchilada Unleashed had goofy cherries moments with Chip, and then epic boderline melodramatic ones with the monster of the week in that game, Colours' tone was consistent, and said tone works for Sonic games so to me it was great.

@brooklyne Saw some people talking like the site was going to shut down ,and Cabal's evident disatisfaction with it (even saying "Go to ponychan") kind of enforced that.

@redenchilada It was like a slightly tamer version of AoSTH, which I adored ,even the somewhat more light hearted Unleashed was still a tad too serious at times ,for my liking. The only Sonic things where seriousness worked were SatAM and Sonic Adventure 2, IMO.

...This place is going to shut down. I can't believe this, I've made some awesome friends through here and I love the site to death, I got into all kinds of awesome discussions as well, and not just about FiM. Better get their contact details (if they're listed) before it does :(

@redenchilada It reminded me of Saturday morning cartoon writing, and I loved it for that reason.

@redenchilada The writing seemed better than previous Sonic games to me, I loved how they ditched the serious approach and went back to the good old "Sonic and Tails vs Robotnick/Eggman" plotline, it was all it ever needed to be, and I thought the level designs bar for Planet Wisp were excellent, and the Wisps in the way THAT much.
