@ceruleanspark I've only ever owned 1 laptop, and it was a Dell Inspiron 1545. Regarding Dell...never...EVER...again...(the battery kicked the bucket within 6 months x.x)

@pinhooves It was very sudden with my grandad as well, it was especially shocking because he was as fit as a fiddle, a lot fitter than my nan, and she's still alive to this day, and I love her to bits.

@pinhooves Dementia? Damn, that's terrible...hope he's getting the support he needs, my nan was in a terrible way for a few months after my grandad died in November 2008 :( So I can totally relate to what you're all going through (besides the dementia issue)

Gonna go and see if mum is done with the laptop as of late, hope she is. I could have a worse substitute than my htc Desire Z though, so I can't complain too much.

@nightwillow I was actually using that client originally, I honestly prefer Mustard. StatusNet Android could take up to a full minute to load for me sometimes, and it would crash every 3 posts or so usually, at least for me.
