@dudeinboots Probably, yeah. In the UK, we can just download them from the BBC site, but that's because the BBC is entirely tax-funded, which leaves them bound by a pretty strict set of rules (no advertising, not allowed to directly sell products (though there's a separate, international arm called BBC Worldwide that can; that's the company that sells DVDs and such), and various other more obscure rules). The end result being that they _have to_ make those games available free here, whereas I have no idea whether they sell them to non-UK folk, or just don't make them available at all.
