    @sprinklesky I don't like them extra crispy, so 1 they are a bit undercooked, 2 I don't let them sit to drain extra grease, I eat them almost right off the pan. 3 I don't have a non-stick pan so I use oil on the pan so they don't stick. so: More grease, more fat left on the Bacon, and oil. I should be dead by the amount i eat.
