@omni I don't know. To some people, it clearly implies some higher tier of fandom, or certain behavioural practises. I can't actually count the number of times I've been told I'm "Not a brony" by people. If it only meant "person who watches the show" to those persons, telling a person who clearly watches the show that they "aren't wouldn't make any sense.
