Breaking radio silence because work today was hilarious! This dude gets on and is already mad that the previous bus didn't show. I can't possibly know what happened to another bus and it would be a waste of time to find out, and he seems to understand and sits down. Then I hit a detour and he gets all antsy about making his transfer, saying I "need to" let him out "right here." I apologize, because "right here" isn't a bus stop, and keep on driving. Then he says if he misses his bus we're going to have a "physical problem." So I push the panic button (even though I'm pretty sure I've sneezed harder than this oldster could hit me), because Protocol. "Don't worry, you're going to make your transfer - to the back of a police car!" is a thing I thought about saying, but didn't. And I keep driving and drop him off at the next stop and the police arrive later and everything unfolds uneventfully ever after.
