It starts with "thread by thread, stitching it together". in this sentence, the thread means the fate, and stitching them together represents how these 6 have where brought together by bigger forcers.
At some point she says "for pinkie pie something pink", "fluttershy sopmething breezy" and "rainbow dash wont look like a tank". Fluttershy had a problem with breezies, Rainbow dash got a probelm with a tank and for pinkie, well, red id the color of love, things start uncolouring when they get old, well, pinkie got a problem with a lover that had not seen his love in a long time. All those problems got solved because, like rarity said "make sure the fabric folds nicelly" The musi has two parts, and in the begining of the secong one she mentions "dont ou know my fabric choice was right, even if my fabric choise was perfect", that implies (this theory continues in the next dash)
