RT @hgfernan@quitter.se To be precise, !fediverse is a group of friends using #Statusnet, currently #GNUsocial for federated microblogging
-
Right. Fixed. That's the last time I tinker with #StatusNet. #GNUSocial on the other hand…

Found this old pre-merge #GNUsocial test instance, obviously a fork of !StatusNet 0.9.x: http://qttr.at/a3k

RT @jpope Running SN isn't too bad but, hopefully the #GNUSocial team will make it easier for the average joe to run. ;)
-
Would be great when you keep us also informed about those #GNUsocial get-togethers

@csolisr If you have some trouble that others don't see your friendica posts, keep this in mind: "For #PuSH to work, you need some sort of #pubsubhub service, that #statusnet / #GNUsocial has built in, friendica doesn't" "Which will certaily be attacked by us #friendica devs in the future but won't work now." http://social.alochana.net/display/lohang/107 https://f.diekershoff.de/display/tobias/79426

In theory: NO. The problem must be handled by the statusnet #admin where the user has the problem. I say no, but I normally do the #DB cleaning with all parties involved online (e.g. irc) to make sure: both parties have correct new info. btw: the issue was reported 2 years ago in #statusnet bugtracker http://status.net/open-source/issues/3219 by #GNUsocial member @mmn@freesocial.org re: http://oracle.skilledtests.com/conversation/168140#notice-250136
